Over the past few years tge quality of Steaks has gone down in my opinion.
However, I saw an Ad for MALPASS FARM . They were advertising a selection of their Steaks.
I liked the look of their TOMAHAWK STEAKS. Ive never had one before, so I thought I would try them.
When they arrived I could not believe how big they were, you get 2 in a pack!
I cooked one on the fridge, the other i put in the freezer.
That steak fed 2 of us, thats how big was

I love a good steak. And cooked my trial with herbs spices and honey. Left it marinading for 3 days and pan fried and oven cooked the steak came out perfect. The taste was awesome and every bit was exceptionally tasty. The delivery was amazing the steaks were vacuum packed and I have no complaints next purchase will be the lamb!!
I finally got around to cooking 2 of the Goliath Tomahawks I won in the raffle. I used my Kamado and rotisserie and cooked low and slow with a final sear in garlic herb butter.. Everyone said they were tender and delicious.
Very impressed meat arrived well packaged and tasted great.
My parcel arrived packaged and sealed to perfection, in ice-cooling bags keeping my steaks at the perfect temperature. As far as cooking and tasting these steaks are tremendously juicy and flavourful. Thank you.
