Delivering Your Order

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is £7.99 below £100 and free at £100 or more for eligible addresses, excluding gift vouchers. Check the applicable charge at checkout before payment.

Highland and island delivery

Scottish Highlands and islands, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly delivery costs £27 below £100 or £19 at £100 or more. Contact us before ordering to confirm postcode coverage and timing.

We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland. Contact us to confirm coverage for your postcode, particularly for remote and island addresses.

Delivery dates

The normal standard schedule runs Tuesday to Saturday. Highland deliveries follow a longer schedule, with Wednesday or Thursday arrival dates. Please contact us about island destinations or exceptional dates.

You can choose a preferred delivery date at checkout. We will do everything we can to accommodate your requested delivery date, but it is not guaranteed. Processing times may vary during peak periods.

Receiving your order

Our delivery partner is DPD. Orders travel in insulated boxes with gel ice packs. Unpack promptly on arrival and follow each product’s label.

DPD provides delivery notifications when your order is prepared and when it reaches the local depot. Check that your order contains the correct email address and mobile number.

Please choose a safe place via the DPD app. We cannot add safe-place instructions on your behalf. We recommend being home to accept your parcel and refrigerating or freezing the items promptly as appropriate to their labels.

Please do not rearrange delivery with the courier. Extra time in transit can compromise freshness and may result in DPD destroying the parcel if it exceeds a safe transit time. Contact us if you need help with a dispatched order.

Address confirmation

Please check your order confirmation email to ensure your delivery address is correct. Contact us immediately with your order number if there is an error. The delivery address cannot be altered after dispatch.
