This steak was amazing, tender, tasty and juicy. Seasoned simply with lots of salt and pepper, BBQed for 3 minutes each side. Served with a stilton sauce and salad.
It was too much for 1 sitting, but was just as good sliced and put in a baguette. Will definitely buy again!
I normally buy the £15 tomo's, So I thought I would try these as there had been a lot of comments on the socials.
I can't fault the timing and speedy delivery - I ordered Wednesday evening at work and they arrived on Friday morning as requested.

The steaks were a bit random. 2 slices from the piece, one thick and perfect one a lot thinner and covered in sineus & the white film, obviously the end piece - there was a lot of waste 8/10 (sorry folks)
The meat from you is always flavoursome and well packaged but unfortunately the courier isn’t great, left at the wrong address then lost one delivery. It’s the only thing putting me off from re ordering at the moment.
Slightly disappointed if I’m honest. Bought the 2.5kg Ribeye at the same time which was outstanding when cut into steaks. Desperate Dan although flavoursome and huge, a bit too tough for me as a steak. . Really needs to be very slow cooked, possibly braised to get the best out of it. Great delivery and well packed as usual. Maybe I have been spoilt by the Ribeye quality!!
I was apprehensive to use this butcher for the first time(you never know if you are being duped)
I was opened lyclear surprised that this was not the case the steaks were definitely first class. Will be placing another order soon
