the meat looks good, but I do wish it would be shipped as individual steaks not all, of one type, in one sealed bag. This would make it much easier f or home freezing / storage. I just cooked a Cote De Boeuf, ( and a previously purchased tomahawk ) simple SPG seasoned over coals and reverse seared, both were moist / juicy and and tasty being hefty thick steaks they cooked rare with a good seared crust and were well enjoyed. Worth buying .
