You may receive a short bone tomahawk steak if we have no stock of the traditional long bone tomahawk steak.

There are a number of reasons i wanted to try Malpas Butchers and the most important is that i am keen to eat produce that has not been subject to religious slaughter methods, i am dieting and don’t have a lot of storage space so the smaller carnivore hamper suited me… The beef is one of the nicest ive had, the bacon ribs a little salty for my taste so need to be soaked. Overall the meat from Malpas is much nicer flavour and cost effective than i can get locally. I definitely be back for more.
the meat looks good, but I do wish it would be shipped as individual steaks not all, of one type, in one sealed bag. This would make it much easier f or home freezing / storage. I just cooked a Cote De Boeuf, ( and a previously purchased tomahawk ) simple SPG seasoned over coals and reverse seared, both were moist / juicy and and tasty being hefty thick steaks they cooked rare with a good seared crust and were well enjoyed. Worth buying .
I have had one each of the stakes so far and they have been outstanding,
I will be having the 30ozs this coming Saturday, I will definitely be ordering again soon.
