Cooking inspiration Season or marinate, wrap in foil and cook at 150°C (140°C fan) for approximately 2½–3 hours until tender. Unwrap, increase the heat to 200°C and finish for 15–20 minutes. Cook thoroughly and ensure the pork is piping hot throughout.
