This was part of my 2nd order from Malpas Farm Shop. I order 2 x 5kg of the pork and it didn't disappoint. Excellent quality , great value too.
I cut most into pork steak and also had 3 decent joints for roasting.

I have just ordered myself a 5kg joint. Question - do you cook a joint using the same temperature and time per kg as same as a joint that has skin on. Normally you would blast a joint on high temperature for 30 mins before turning down heat.
The loin was delivered on time in usual quality packaging. Well prepared and trimmed. Cut some Sloan steaks and some joints.
Taste was fantastic and the meat itself was premium quality. As an ex butcher this product was up with the best and beyond.
this is such a bargain the joints are huge, we cut them up & froze some & i cooked a roast with some it was absolutely delicious, the knife went through the meat like butter it was the best pork loin i've had. will definitely buy again.
