Cooking Recommendation

For the very best results, cook The Flintstone whole using the reverse-sear method.

Cook over indirect heat until the centre reaches your preferred temperature before finishing over very high heat to create a beautifully caramelised crust.

Allow the steak to rest for at least 15–20 minutes, then slice across the grain into generous portions for maximum tenderness.

Recommended internal temperatures:

• Rare: 50–52°C

• Medium Rare: 54–56°C

• Medium: 58–60°C

• Medium Well: 63–65°C
