This steak is really gorgeous. It's a super generous cut, beautifully thick, and a complete show stopper on the BBQ. I put mustard, salt & pepper on it, cooked it at medium heat over wood coals (not charcoal). I cut it into 1cm slices after it had rested for a while, and served it with a mushroom sauce as chefs-tasters/starters around the BBQ and it was very highly thought of, everyone loved it. I will buy this again.
Carnivore eater here. Very lean with hardly any fat, I cooked this on the bbq with the fear that it was going to be tough. Only seasoned with salt and pepper. This turned out great as it wasn't tough at all. Cooked medium and it was still super juicy.
Amazing value, treat yourself or share with enough meat for the whole family.

What a steak, like seriously. Bought this as I follow a carnivore diet and is excellent value
Cooked by reverse searing and I ate a chunk hot with the fat and it was really good and then refrigerated the rest to snack on for the week, ate it in two days it was that good. Good job I got two
I cut a cheeky steak to have while preparing the huge steak into thin strips, which we love in a wrap with scotch bonnets.
The cheeky steak was great and the wraps were lovely.....and spicy!
