Cooking Instructions

Oven Bake (recommended)

Preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6.

Place the chicken escalopes on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

Ensure the chicken is piping hot throughout before serving and the juices run clear.
