When the 9kg Order arrived - I was surprised it came in large pieces of cuts.
Unaware, I had to Render the fats down in to Tallow BUT I got to work & Rendererd 2kg and froze the rest and learned a new skill.
I got about 800g from each 1Kg & extracted every drop of Tallow, that not a drop was left.
The Tallow looks absolutely Amazing, bright yellow and stipple on top, looks like butter. Amazing.
I froze the other 1kg in to blocks & will do the rest this weekend.
