Important Packaging Information

This item is vacuum packed to ensure maximum freshness and quality during storage and transit. Due to the vacuum sealing process, the chicken may appear slightly compressed or altered in shape when you first remove it from the packaging.

This is completely normal. Once released from the vacuum pack and allowed to rest at room temperature for a short period, the chicken will naturally return to its original shape.
