Our Malpas Dry Cured Back Bacon is traditionally cured in our very own dry ager for a richer, deeper flavour and a beautifully firm texture. Crafted using premium cuts of pork and carefully matured to enhance its savoury character, this is bacon the way it should taste.

Perfect for hearty breakfasts, indulgent bacon sandwiches, or adding incredible flavour to your favourite dishes. Thick cut, full of character, and beautifully crisp when cooked.

Ingredients:
Pork (British), Salt, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate).

Cooking Instructions:
Pan fry over a medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side until crisp and golden. Also ideal for grilling or air frying.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing.
