This is a mixed box containing several different raw meat cuts and a choice of Butcher’s Best sausage flavours. Energy, fat, saturated fat, carbohydrate, sugars, protein and salt therefore vary between the individual products, sausage recipe and natural batches.

STORAGE & DEFROSTING

Follow the storage instructions shown on each product label. If supplied frozen, keep at −18°C or below and use within the date shown. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator, use within 24 hours and do not refreeze once defrosted.

COOKING & FOOD SAFETY

Remove all packaging before cooking. Keep raw meat separate from cooked and ready-to-eat foods, and wash hands, utensils and preparation surfaces thoroughly after handling. Do not wash raw chicken.

Cook all products thoroughly using instructions appropriate to the cut; chicken must be piping hot throughout, with no pink meat remaining and clear-running juices.
