I bought these medallions last week . I thought £15 for four was an excellent buy so I bought sixteen . I'm so glad I did as these were delicious . They did take a bit longer to cook as they are so thick . I buy all my meat now from Malpas Farm shop . These medallions are superb , pure British steak . You won't be disappointed . I sat a large red apple to show how thick these are .
I bought 4 of these as a pack and intended using them as part of a bbq meal for some golfing mates.
We had rib eyes, club steaks and these which we had a decent size sample of each to try.
The rib eyes and the club steaks are huge ( 16 oz each!) and from Malpas also. The beef medallions do not bbq as well as the others. If I’m honest they are just that little bit tougher than I would like. That said, I’m not 100 % sure where the cut comes from.
Probably better to slow roast them or in a stew.
Honestly, the quality is top notch. Well packed. With ice packs to endure freshness. Cuts are nice and even. Price is great. I don't think I'll ever shop at the supermarket again. 10/10. Will definitely be back.
Beef Medallions were done in a slow cooker for about 4 hours,and the meat was beautiful..Tender and tasty.

Easily cut and delicious. Our dogs think they have died and gone to doggy heaven whenever we cook these, we’re a bit “Scrooge-like” but we do leave them a little morsel
