Each pack contains a minimum of 300g, typically three generously sized kebabs, expertly prepared by our butchers for maximum flavour and tenderness. Ingredients

Sugar, Salt, Modified Starch, Maltodextrin, Dried Tomato (7%), Spices (Paprika (contains Wheat), White Pepper, Cumin), Dried Garlic (4.5%), Dried Onion (2.5%), Dried Herbs (Parsley, Thyme, Sage, Oregano), Yeast Extract, Colours (Paprika Extract, Carmine), Thickener (Guar Gum), Natural Smoke Flavouring.

 

BBQ Cooking Instructions

For the best flavour, cook over a hot barbecue with glowing coals.

• Preheat your barbecue until it is nice and hot
• Place the kebabs directly over the heat
• Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning every 1 to 2 minutes to achieve an even char
• Look for a lightly crisp, caramelised exterior with a juicy centre
• Remove and rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving

Top tip: Let the flames kiss the edges slightly to enhance that smoky, spicy crust.

 

Hot & Crunchy Slaw Recipe (Perfect Pairing)

A fresh, cooling slaw that balances the heat of the kebabs beautifully.

Ingredients:
• ½ white cabbage, finely shredded
• 1 carrot, grated
• ½ red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 handful fresh coriander, chopped
• 1 red chilli, finely chopped optional

 

Dressing:
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
• Juice of ½ lime
• 1 tsp honey
• Pinch of salt and black pepper

 

Method:

  • Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl
  • Mix together the dressing ingredients until smooth
  • Pour over the slaw and toss well to coat
  • Chill for 15 to 30 minutes before serving for best flavour
