Cooking and storage
Barbecue or grill over a medium heat for approximately 12–15 minutes, or pan-fry for 10–12 minutes, turning regularly. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout. Keep refrigerated below 5°C; suitable for home freezing. Defrost in the refrigerator and do not refreeze once defrosted.
