A traditional Swiss family recipe, made in Shropshire by our good friends at Wenlock Edge Farm: this gorgeous Hunter’s salami is a lovely meeting of family tradition and local craft.

A distinctive blend

Pork and beef come together with black pepper and caraway for a distinctive, savoury flavour. Supplied sliced in a 100g pack, it’s easy to arrange on a charcuterie board, pair with a favourite cheese or tuck into crusty bread with a spoonful of pickle.

Make a meal of it

Try it as part of a relaxed antipasti supper with olives and a crisp salad, or simply enjoy a few slices while you put lunch together. We love supporting independent farmers and producers who bring this much character to the table, and we’re delighted to share a little of Wenlock’s craft with you.
