Take the steak out of the fridge 30–45 minutes before cooking.
Step 2: Season Simply
Rub with a little olive oil, then season generously with coarse sea salt and cracked black pepper.
Step 3: Get the Grill Hot

Step 4: Cook
Place directly over the heat and cook for:
