Storage & Food Safety

Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C and use by the date shown on each individual pack. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within one month for best quality. Defrost completely in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Keep raw meat covered and separate from cooked or ready-to-eat foods. Store raw chicken on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator to prevent drips and cross-contamination. Wash hands, utensils and preparation surfaces thoroughly after contact with raw meat. Do not wash raw chicken.

Cook thoroughly before serving. Chicken must be piping hot throughout, with no pink meat remaining and clear-running juices. Follow the cooking and safety instructions supplied on the individual packaging.
