This product contains raw meat and must be cooked thoroughly.

Cook for 45 minutes
Remove the Wellington from the outer packaging using the greaseproof paper provided. Brush the pastry with beaten egg or milk. Place onto a preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven. Rest for 10 minutes before carving. Do not reheat.
For best results, carve using a serrated knife and only slice what you need to keep the Wellington succulent and tender.
