TURKEY MADEIRA & SAGE GRAVY

A perfect finishing touch to a Turkey roast – with its herby sage flavour & the addition of Madeira it’s also perfectly suited to a plethora of poultry dishes.

INGREDIENTS

Water, Turkey Stock Base (5%) (Turkey, Water, Salt, Natural Flavouring, Yeast Extract, Sunflower Oil), Sugar, Dried Onion, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Cornflour, Madeira (4%) (Sulphites), Molasses, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Sage (0.2%), Black Pepper, Bay Leaf.

STORAGE

Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and use within three days.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Hob:

Empty contents into a suitable sized pan and heat gently until piping hot. For best results use the frying pan, griddle pan or roasting tin that you have cooked your meat in.

Microwave:

Empty contents into a microwave-safe jug or bowl and heat at maximum power, stirring occasionally, until piping hot (approximately two minutes, but microwaves vary).
