I've been using malpas for over a year now and everything i have purchased has always been top quality ie beef joints, steaks, lamb, chicken breast and gammon. The only meat i buy from my local butcher is mince as use it weekly. Me and my partner love gammon and i have to say your smoked horseshoe gammon is on another level compared to all others we've had. I am new to buying from Malpas Farm Shop so wasn't sure on what to expect. I came across them by chance on the internet.
I must say on tasting the Horseshoe Gammon I purchased I shall be buying my meat from here in the future. I could not believe the difference in quality to what I have previously bought in a supermarket. Not only was it real value for money but The flavour was great and it was so tender. 10/10.
