Will I receive a collection-ready notification?

Yes, once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for collection.

Is every product fresh rather than frozen?

No. This varies by product. Read the product description before ordering and follow the label on arrival. Some current offers are supplied frozen.

Is the entire range locally sourced?

We source locally where possible, alongside trusted British producers and selected specialities from further afield. Check the individual product description for its stated provenance.
