Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Premium Steak Mince
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 red bell peppers, diced
  • 400g canned chopped tomatoes
  • 400g canned kidney beans, drained
  • 2 tsp chilli powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)
  • Grated cheddar cheese (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • Increase the heat and add the steak mince, browning it while breaking up any lumps.
  • Add the red peppers, chilli powder, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in the chopped tomatoes and kidney beans. Season with salt and pepper.
