How we’re responding to COVID-19 (coronavirus)
We are limiting the number of people who come into the farm shop at any one time. This includes putting queuing systems in place. We ask customers to keep at a safe distance of 2 metres apart
We would prefer customers to pay by card. We understand that this may not be possible for everyone; however, if you can, then it helps reduce the risk of spreading the virus through avoidable use of cash. This helps protect you, our other customers and our colleagues.
Communities Working Together:
We know many people are shopping for others who can’t access food online or get to our shop. We support and encourage this, and it will go a long way towards getting food to everyone who needs it
Shop Opening Hours
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 7 am to 4 pm. We are closed on Sundays.
Due to unprecedented demand, orders received from local customers before 12 pm, Monday to Friday will be despatched 48 hours after your order has been placed. Nationwide customers, where delivery is farther afield, will have their orders delivered by our national courier partner, APC Overnight on a 48-hour basis. APC does not operate a collection service for orders from us on a weekend and so orders placed after 12 pm on Thursday will not be processed until the following Monday.
In order to protect the safety and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues, we are taking a number of steps to ensure that we are able to deliver to you as safely as possible. This allows us to continue deliveries to self-isolating customers.
We will call you on the number you have provided, prior to delivery to discuss a safe place to leave your order, that allows us to observe safe physical distancing. We believe this will better safeguard your welfare and that of our colleagues.
Drivers will use alcohol-based hand sanitiser regularly throughout their deliveries.
Click & Collect
Click and collect orders made online or over the telephone will be available for collection 24 hours after you have placed your order.
When collecting your order, please show your proof of purchase to one of our team. If you are vulnerable and would like us to bring the items to the boot of your car so that you do not have to leave your vehicle, then please ring the shop when you arrive in the car park and we will bring your items out to you. You can show us your proof of purchase through the closed window of your vehicle.
